7:15 AM: Black Belt Meeting Staging for Black Belts age 15+
7:30 AM: All Creative and ATAX
8:30 AM: 4th and 5th Degrees(Black Belts age 15+ will be run as ATAX completes)
9:30 AM: ATA Tigers
10:00 AM: Special Abilities 11:00 AM: Tournament Ceremonies
11:45 AM: Black Belts age 8 and Under, Black Belts age 9-10 (remaining age 15 and up divisions)
12:00 PM: Black Belts age 11-12, Black Belts age 13-14
12:30 PM: All Adult Color Belts age 18+
1:00 PM: All Color Belts age 15-17
1:30 PM: Brown - Black Rec age 8 and under, age 9-10 and age 11-12
2:00 PM: All Color Belts age 13-14
2:15 PM: Camo - Blue Belts age 8 and under, age 9-10 and age 11-12
2:30 PM: White - Yellow Belts age 8 and under, age 9-10 and age 11-12
Team Sparring will run throughout the day. Rookies and Junior Varsity may run prior to opening ceremonies.

No, our classes are a good mix of men and women of all fitness levels. Beginners train alongside some of the more experienced members, helping each other out in a enjoyable team environment.
